Clinical Studies of Scleroderma

Abstract
|
|
|
Clinical observation on 4 cases of scleroderma proved by skin biopsy was-
studied from Oct. -1958 to Sept. -1968 and the following results were obtained.
1) There were three men and one women ranging in age from 35 to 54 years.
2) Dark brown pigmentation of skin, sclerotic skin, Arthralgia and limited
motion of joints were developed in all cases.
3) Low serum albumin in 2 cases and high serum r-globulin in 3 cases out of 4 cases, respectively.
4) Pleural effusion, pleural adhesion, rigid contour of esophagus and narrowed interphalangeal joint in one case out of 4 cases, respectively.
